Of this, approximately 6 crores (88.49%) identified as Hindu, 62 Lakhs (9.07%) as Muslim, 8.72 Lakhs (1.27%) as Sikh, and 6.22 Lakhs (0.91%) as Jain. Additionally, 0.10% stated no religion, and 0.17% identified with other religions.
